Creation of a restaurant concept

Chefs&Chefs provides for its client the entire creation of a restaurant creation. This service, "Culinary Consulting Program", main heart business of the agency, is divided into different steps:

  • AUDIT

    • A preliminary audit on site is realized in order to establish with the clients the objectives to achieve and in order to analyze all the current services provided (culinary side, pastry side, tableware, kitchen lay out, equipment used, service…).
  • CREATIONS

    • Creation of the space dedicated to the kitchen with an analyze of the lay out, the selection of the equipments, all in respect of the HACCP rules.
    • Creation of the menus for the main restaurant in culinary and pastry.
    • Creation of the menus for the other food and beverage points, if the case may be, like, breakfast, room service, bar, gallery etc.Selection of the tableware, the cutlery, echoing the culinary identity decided.
  • TRAININGS

    • Recruitment of the main human resources in culinary, pastry and service.
    • Training of the head chef into the premises of the chef's agency.
    • Training of the head chef into the premises of the client, by the chef's agency.Assistance to the opening of the restaurant and promotion of the place by the chef's agency.
  • QUALITY CONTROL

    • Four times per year, surprises visits are planned. These visits are realized by the consultant chef of the agency who is doing a tasting and an analyze of the services provided.
    • An audit report is given to the client.
    • Updating of the menus depending on the seasons.
    • Updated training plans adapted to the new menus and the lacks that have been noticed during the quality control.
