NIKOLAOU : A smiling and good teacher young woman prepares a Greek intuitive and healthily cooking
After seven years of marketing studies and a beginning in the manager career, Dina comes back to the source of her childhood and the roots of her cooking. Today, she reveals what she calls her “secret weapon”.
Dina has been always passionate for her country cooking: now she cultivates the Mediterranean produces with pleasure. She cooks them in her own way, with neatness, clarity and creativity. “I put a lot of colours, a lot of herbs and a lot of heart, because my cooking is first and foremost feminine”. We invite you to discover a woman cooking with a touching taste that carries the guest far away in the delights of the sweet Mediterranean warmth.
However, Dina doesn’t stop here. She already owns a Greek restaurant in Paris, and now she is revealing her sense of communication: our young chef presents a lot of TV broadcasts in Greece; she has also written several books and now, she is interested in developing an ambitious project about “Dina’s Cakes”: thousands of cake, tart and pita recipes, easy to make and changing during the year according to the desires and the seasons.
