PIERANGELINI : The greatest soloist of the Italian cooking
This generous man, multi-skilled and eclectic started his career as a chef after graduating in Political Science.
Nowadays, Fulvio creates one of the best cooking in the world, combining rigour, modernity and extreme simplicity.
Whoever tasted his small almond calamari with red sweet pepper and some fresh shaved boletus or his Poutargue ravioli in a soup of young mozzarella, knows he experienced an unforgettable moment.
Pierangelini recently won the title of the “Best Italian chef” awarded by the Gambero guide – but he also received two Michelin stars and four toques. For three years in a row, his restaurant has been ranked 12th of the 50 Best Restaurant of the World.
